All personnel are required to participate in our safety program and is accountable to every other person to perform their tasks in a safe, efficient and responsible manner in accordance with their training and experience.

Health, Safety and Environmental Statement

As a company we shall:

• Ensure that Health and Safety is the responsibility of all IMAPSOL and Sub-Contractor staff.
• Apply and demonstrate a systematic and integrated approach to HSE management to   achieve continual performance improvement and prevent adverse health and safety impacts.
• Manage our Health, Safety and Environmental programs in line with accepted Business   Principles.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, Standards and other requirements to which we   are accountable.
• Set Health, Safety and Environmental expectations, objectives and targets for improvements
• Promote Health, Safety and Environmental awareness and assure competence to control our   HSE risks.
• Identify Health, Safety and Environmental hazards and reduce risks to a level that is As Low   As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
• Require everyone to stop any work, or prevent work starting, where adequate controls to   manage Health, Safety and Environmental risk are not in place.
• Require all individuals to report all incidents and near misses.
• Include Health and Safety performance in the appraisal of staff and sub-contractor   companies.
• Conduct audits, incident investigations, safety observations and corrective actions for items   identified as unsafe of not meeting expectations.
• Require and assist Sub-Contractor companies to manage Health, Safety and Environment in   line with this Policy.
